A Student’s Journey
Once you make a referral we aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 2: Planning Meeting
We will meet with the school, family and student to set our goals.
Step 3: Intervention
We create a tailored plan which we share with the family, school and student.
Step 4: Track Progress
Weekly progress discussed with the school and shared with the family.
Step 5: Reintegration
We work with the student in school to support their reintegration.
Step 6: Stay Connected
We want our students to thrive so we will regularly check-in to support both the school and student.

Enhanced DBS checks, safer recruitment procedures, safeguarding-trained staff and paediatric first aid provision.
Clear communication
Weekly reports covering progress, attendance and safeguarding, with first-day absence calls and immediate notification of concerns.
Reintegration support
A familiar adult works alongside school staff to support a successful return to mainstream education.
