St Mary Abbots CE Primary School (Assistant Headteacher & KS2 Lead)
Led mathematics improvement, contributing to an increase in the average Key Stage 2 scaled score from 102 to 111 over a three-year period.
Led teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, contributing to 100% of pupils achieving the Expected Standard in Reading, Writing and Mathematics, with 68% achieving Greater Depth. These outstanding outcomes placed the school as the 31st highest-attaining primary school in England.
Marlborough Primary School (Assistant Headteacher & KS2 Lead)
Led a whole-school improvement programme that contributed to a 30 percentage point increase in Key Stage 2 Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined outcomes, reaching 94%.
