Once you make a referral we aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Step 2: Planning Meeting
We will meet with the school, family and student to set our goals.
Step 3: Intervention
We create a tailored plan which is shared with the family, school and pupil.
Step 4: Track Progress
Weekly progress discussed with the school and shared with the family.
Step 5: Reintegration
We work with the student in school to support their reintegration.
Step 6: Stay Connected
We want our students to thrive so we will regularly check-in to support both the school and student.
